Helen Carmichael is the filmmaker's best cure for "writers block".   A writer herself, she knows how to help us work and channel those demons that roam about and inhabit our creative landscapes.   Personally, Helen Carmichael has helped me realise that the journey inward is as important as the voyage outward.   A person can only find his bearings in the unexplored territory of Life .... if he looks within himself.   The acknowledgement of that simple fact is a liberating factor in itself.   Although Destiny may be a co-author ... the principal author is me.
